HSF ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

2024-2025 School Year

Your sponsorship of the Haldane School Foundation ensures that we consistently have funds that enable Haldane students to have access to life enriching activities that round out their education. We greatly appreciate your support as do all of the impacted Haldane students and their families. If you have any questions regarding sponsorships, please email sponsor@haldaneschoolfoundation.org.

Sponsorship is renewed on an annual basis during the month of September. The lead of our sponsorship committee will reach out to you to determine your commitment to renewing for an additional year of sponsorship. Sponsorship payments will be due by October 31st to secure another year of support.

 

Aside from the outlined benefits below, Sponsors will also receive:

  • Bi-annual newsletter outlining events and financials, including awarded grants, of the Haldane School Foundation

  • Acknowledgement at all Haldane School Foundation events - both signage and “shoutout” from the Board President during event speech

  • Sticker decal for your business to display that you are a supporter of the Haldane School Foundation

PRINCIPAL EVENT SPONSOR

Your business can be the principal naming sponsor for each of the following events:


ANNUAL GALA - November 2, 2024 - $4,000
TURKEY TROT - Thanksgiving on Main Street, Cold Spring - $3,000
TRIVIA NIGHT at Industrial Arts, Beacon - February 1, 2025 - $2,000
